Application Preparation

Complete Foreign Birth Registration application preparation: hands-on help building an organized, submission-ready application.

Incomplete or incorrectly prepared FBR applications are routinely returned, and each return can add months to an already long process. This package puts an experienced advisor beside you for the entire preparation: your documents reviewed against the published official requirements, forms completed together, and a final pre-submission review to help ensure what goes to Dublin is well organized and complete.

What's included

Document review and checking

Each certificate, record, and piece of ID in your file is reviewed against the published Foreign Births Register requirements: document type, issuer, and certification.

Form preparation together

We complete the online FBR forms with you, question by question, so names, dates, and places match your documents exactly.

Common-mistake safeguards

We apply our checklist of the issues that most often cause applications to be returned: wrong certificate versions, missing witness requirements, photo problems, and mismatched details.

Final pre-submission review

A last full pass of the assembled application package before you submit, with a written summary of our review against the published requirements.

Two consultations and two review rounds

The package includes two one-on-one consultations with your advisor and two full rounds of document and form review, with email guidance throughout your 60-day guidance period.

Questions about this package

No, but it is the safer order if you are not certain you qualify. If you buy the review first, its full $395 is credited toward this package for 60 days.

This package checks and assembles the documents you gather. If records need to be professionally traced in Ireland, our Genealogy & Records Research service or the Premium Concierge tier covers that.

The Department of Foreign Affairs currently estimates approximately 12 months for complete applications. Applications that need more documents can take longer; careful preparation is designed to reduce that risk.

Two one-on-one consultations and two full rounds of review, plus email guidance for 60 days from purchase. That is comfortably enough for most applications; if yours needs more, additional sessions can be added at a per-session rate we quote up front.

Each tier includes everything in the tiers before it, and upgrade credit applies when you move up within 60 days.
